42 Napier Street is a luxurious two bedroom cottage ideally located at the centre of De Waterkant Village. This area of Cape Town is right in the CBD of the city and is perfectly positioned between the city centre, Green Point and the V&A Waterfront which are all no more than fifteen minutes walk.

Located on this historical cobbled street just up from the Village Café guests can enjoy having space and privacy and be within easy walking distance to a good selection of highly recommended restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, clubs, deli’s and designer shops. Hire Car companies are also just a minutes walk away and the Cape Town International Convention Centre is a five minute walk.

ACCOMMODATION


42 Napier Street, on the ground floor, has an air-conditioned master bedroom and a second single bedroom with ceiling fan. There are two bathrooms; the downstairs is alongside the bedrooms and has a bath and shower head. The second bathroom with shower is upstairs and looks straight across the plunge pool water towards Table Mountain.

The ground floor is open-plan; the living room area has a fireplace and French Windows that open out onto a private courtyard. There is a small fountain and table & chairs. The six seater dining room and fully fitted kitchen also looks out onto this courtyard.

Upstairs the study has great views towards the harbour, French Windows open onto a fantastic roof terrace with plunge pool and amazing views of Table Mountain and the rest of the city.

Our cottages offer space, privacy and home comforts; each is cleaned six days a week with a light service on Sundays. We provide all bed linen and towels and the kitchen is fully fitted and there is complimentary tea and coffee. The property has satellite television, DVD, music systems, direct dial telephone and a manual wall safe.

The property can also have WiFi upon request.
