CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel less than 24 hours prior to arrival or during stay - forfeit full payment due
Cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival - forfeit full deposit
Cancel between 72 hours to 14 days prior to arrival date - forfeit 50% of deposit
Cancel 21 to 28 days prior to arrival date - forfeit 25% of deposit
Cancel at all other times - forfeit 10% of deposit.
