Please note we do not accept 1 night stays.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

We require a deposit of 50% of the total booking to secure the booking. Balance is payable before or on arrival via EFT or cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
Cancellation 0 - 7 days before date of arrival, or no-show, full value of booking due.
Cancellation 7 - 21 days before date of arrival, visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 50% of full quote value (whichever greater).
Cancellation 21 - 28 days before date of arrival, visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid.
Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival, a R250 admin fee be charged.
