I felt like at home at 17 on Loader Street, it is not only a perfect location (close to the city centre but very quiet and safe) but also a wonderful friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, charming decoration and .... the most spectacular is its view from the top roof over all Capetown.
Highly recommended for singles and couples, very comfortable in general. |

Even in the cold and rain, 17 on Loader was a lovely place to stay in Cape Town. Beautifully clean rooms, very relaxed atmosphere and breakfast baskets outside the room in the morning a lovely touch. We really appreciated the mini guided tour on arrival (!) and the friendliness of all the staff. Location was also excellent being within reach of a few nice bars and restaurants, not too far from the Waterfront and within striking distance of the city centre. Next time we'll come in summer when we can fully appreciate the roof top. A much nicer place to stay than a faceless hotel! |

It´avery nice place to stay. 15 minutes to waterfront and 10 m. to down town. It´s a safe quarter and you see from the roofterace table mountain. It greets you every morning when you sit there and have breakfest with lots of coffee. |

We could not have stayed in a nicer place. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. We were near some very good restaurants and enjoyed our stay ver much. Our only regret, it should have been longer!

We loved our stay at Loader. Very friendly, perfect room (19A) with our baby. Central, safe, 5 min drive to water front. 10 min walk to centre.

This Hotel is almost central to the modern Waterkant District.
In the morning, a very nice basket with breakfast is set up for each room and living on Loader feels almost like renting an Apartment. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom / showers are modern and maintained as well.
A nice set of Restaurants and Bars are within 2 minutes walking distance.
The area is safe and guarded, even at night, in the hotel the guests privacy is respected.
It's about 3-4 minutes by car to the very centre of CT, Long Street, the V&A Waterfront etc.
a full set of flyers and information on what to do when in CT is available in the Hotel so planning of activities can be done on site depending on weather, that's very nice!
The friendly staff is there to assist you on all needs.
