DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation, except during the Soccer World Cup Period (1 May to 31 July 2010), when full payment upfront is required to confirm a booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Less that 14 days prior to arrival date: 50% of full accommodation fee.
Less than 7 days prior to arrival date: 100% of full accommodation fee.
During the Soccer World Cup Period (1 May to 31 July 2010), no refunds will be made after a booking has been confirmed.
