A South African sculptor and painter with a sense of adventure, Jo Roos is internationally renowned for his portrayal of wildlife and the human figure. Jo Roos has been a successful artist since 1975 and his work graces, amongst others, government institutions, cities and towns, as well as numerous local and international museums and galleries.

Jo believes in using live models and has a delightful collection of bronze nudes. He lives and works in the picturesque area of Magaliesburg, between Pretoria and Johannesburg. A visit to his studio gallery will be worth your while as he has a large variety of art works on offer.
