DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
We only require details of your credit card to secure the booking.
Please note: We will not debit your credit card until the reservation date (unless otherwise requested)
If the guest has no credit card, then a minimum of 30% needs to be deposited into our bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of total booking value for cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival date
80% of total booking value for cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival date
100% of total booking value for no show or departure prior to booking out date
(We will however make every effort to relet the rooms, which will result in these fees being waivered, however a R50 cancellation fee of any deposit paid, to cover administration and bank fees will still apply)
Details of all these policies will be sent as an attachment with the accommodation quote.
