DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
We do not take a deposit from your Credit Card, but reserve our rights to debit a card under our cancellation policy. We shall always do our best to re-let accommodation, given sufficient notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you have to cancel a booking:
Less than 7 days before arrival date, we require payment in full for the first day's accommodation.
Between 7 and 14 days before arrival date, we require payment of 75% of the first day's accommodation.
Between 15 and 21 days before arrival date, we require payment of 50% of the first day's accommodation.
"NO SHOWS" may be required to pay the full amount for accommodation reserved, as per the original quote.
The above conditions may be relaxed under exceptional circumstances.
