DESCRIPTION:

Villa Siesta No 4 is a must for a care-free, chilled out holiday. Spend fantastic sun-drenched days in the sun and fall asleep to the gentle sound of the waves. Watch the sun setting over the sea whilst braaing on your verandah. Whether it’s a quiet family holiday you’re looking for or one with lots of activities - this is the spot to be!

This upmarket little gem of a duplex has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful self-catering holiday. Villa Siesta No 4 is situated within a walled, secure complex of 8 units. (Security guard on duty at night). Excellent central position with stunning seaviews. Walk to the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants.

Great time and thought has been put into the decorating of the unit. It is beautifully co-ordinated but at the same time has a casual beach house feel. Books, magazines and DVD’s are available for guests to use.

Accommodation


Ground Floor
The ground floor consists of a beautifully furnished open plan lounge, dining room and extremely well-equipped kitchen which houses a dishwasher, tumble drier, washing machine, microwave and loads of fridge/freezer space. Guest loo on the ground floor. A large verandah with built-in braai area, Weber and outdoor furniture, overlooks the sea. There is a small indigenous garden for you to enjoy.

Upper Level
The upper level has 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms. Main bedroom (queen-size bed) is en-suite and has a balcony. 2 smaller bedrooms (each with 2 single beds) share another bathroom. We are able to make up the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds as a king size bed on request. All 3 bedrooms have outstanding sea views. We also have an extremely comfortable double sleeper couch in a nook in the dining room, so the unit can accommodate 8 guests in total. Ceiling fans have been installed in each bedroom to keep you cool during summer.

No 4 has a four star grading from the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa and has been awarded a 'Superior' status from the AA.

Facilities & Services


A safe has been installed in one of the bedrooms and there are 2 hairdriers kept in the bedrooms for guests use. Full DSTV is included for you in your daily rate. There is also a DVD player for guests to use.

No 4. is serviced daily by Lucy and her experienced team of assistants ( included in daily rate). To cool off once you arrive back from the beach, there is a sparkling private pool in the complex. This unit has an automated lock-up garage and parking bay. Bedding and bath towels are supplied. Camp cot available if needed.

DIRECTIONS:

Travel down the N2 South until you have passed the following turnoffs:
• Shelly Beach
• St Michaels
• Uvongo / Margate.

Take the next turn off which is number 29, Ramsgate / Margate. Turn left at the stop street at the end of the off-ramp; follow the road for approx 1 km and turn left at the stop street (you are now heading back towards Durban with the sea on your right. On your left you will pass a Mica Hardware and a Kwikspar.)

After 1km turn right at the Margate/ Marine Drive sign; (you are now in Marine drive and will pass the Mud Hut Gallery, a Caltex Service Station, and an S bend with large fig trees overhanging the road.) After 1,4km you will see a large blue & white sign “Ocean Echo” on a brown face brick complex. Turn right down the cul de sac named Ballance Lane at the Ocean Echo sign.

Go right to the bottom of the road and Villa Siesta is on your right.
