The location of Villa Erini is perfect for business or leisure travelers requiring up-market Bed & Breakfast accommodation. Villa Erini is also ideally suited for accommodation while visiting your children boarding at private and public schools in the area. AccommodationOur tastefully decorated, fully appointed rooms offer comfortable double or single accommodation with private entrances and stocked fridges as well as tea and coffee and rusks. All four of them have en-suite bathroom containing shower cubicles and have different décor. Fresh flowers and a complimentary fruit basket provided in each room. All rooms are fitted with percale sheets and a choice of down or hollow fibre cushions. Each room is fitted with hairdryers, heaters, ceiling fans, clock radio and DSTV. A large (10.8 X 4.7 metres), swimming pool is also available for our guests with plenty of room around to sunbathe. The swimming pool is heated by circulation of the water through suitable solar panels. BreakfastBreakfast is either South African or Continental, served in our elegant dining room with fireplace for those cold winter mornings. FacilitiesVilla Erini has a safety alarm system, high wall and palisades. Car parking for four vehicles is available within the establishment. Our garden which is fed by borehole water has an abundance of rose flowers, levanter, and an extensive lawn. A fountain, lemon and papaya trees and plenty of semitropical plants are features of this garden which is frequented by a variety of birds. A garden table and chairs are provided for our guests to enjoy a cool drink, as well as reclining sun beds with mattress. Location & AttractionsVilla Erini is near the Scottsville Shopping Centre where there are many restaurants, a Woolworths food shop, supermarket and cinema. We are also less than 2 kilometres from the Hayfields Shopping Centre. The extensive Midlands Mall is easily accessible in 8 minutes via the N3. Midlands Mall has a variety of fine restaurants, shops and supermarkets and a cinema complex. We are also close to KZN University, the Golden Horse Casino and a lot of the private and public schools (St. Charles, St. John’s Diocese School, Epworth, and Maritzburg College) for which Pietermaritzburg is famous. Our location also makes for an easy access to St. Anne’s hospital, Mediclinic as well as the public institutions located in the centre of town. Oribi, Pietermaritzburg’s airport is at a 5 kilometres distance. |
