ACCOMMODATIONA beautiful, peaceful and very secure double story 4 bedroom house hidden within the wild bush of Southbroom. With a fan in each spacious room, a self catering open plan kitchen which is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge and a toaster. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, 2 living rooms both equipped with DSTV and DVD. Including double story cottages, with private wooden decks, living rooms equipped with a T.V, DSTV and DVD, small self catering open plan kitchens which are equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge and a toaster. Bathrooms with shower, 2 bedrooms upstairs for 5-6 sleepers. Each room equipped with a ceiling fan. For those who love the outdoors there's a braai facility, huge lapa, campfire place, sparkling rock swimming pool, including an outdoor shower to get that golden beach sand off from your sunny day at the beach. FACILITIESSunny Rock also provides access to the internet and for a peace of mind when it comes to our guests valuables, a safe is also available. Sunny Rock is very secure and has safe parking within the premises. Please bring your own food and towels as well as your DSTV card. All the rest is provided for your convenience! NEARBYEven though you will feel far away from all the usual holiday havoc and far from civilization, there is a 10km drive to Ramsgate or Margate for all your shopping needs, even though Southbroom does offer a small shop which should provide you with all the necessities you need. ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIESThe main Southbroom beach is +/- 2km, perfect for those who enjoy long summer walks, or just a simple 2 min drive. Southbroom also has two other beaches which are a bit more private. And for all those golf fanatics there is a pleasant 2 min drive to the Southbroom Golf Course which was voted one of the most beautiful golf courses in the country. Tennis courts and bush trails are also some of the activities within the area, as well as trails for backpackers. Enjoy nearby romantic beach horse riding, perfect for couples or simply great fun for the whole family. Children can also enjoy riding their bikes or scooters on our very safe roads which are also great for cyclists. For all the party animals, get your friends together and check out Southbrooms local bar to have some drinks, a bite to eat, play some pool or just to shake it on the dance floor. For even more entertainment, take a 10 min drive to Margate central. However, if you prefer the more relaxed and quite way to spend your holiday, Southbroom offers fantastic fishing spots. DIRECTIONS: Coming off the N3 highway from Johannesburg, take the Port Shepstone off ramp and get on the N2 highway headed towards Margate. Passing Port Shepston, Uvongo, Margate and Ramsgate, not passing Port Edward. Turn left into Southbroom South (not Southbroom North) Turn first right into Outlook Road. Turn first right into Devices Road Turn first left into Sommerset Road Carry on straight down Sommerset Road till it becomes Mendip Road.
