The swimming pool, guest bar, lounge and sun deck make Sundance Guesthouse the perfect place to relax. The more active can surf and swim at Salt Rock beach or snorkel at the Shakas Rock tidal pool just a 5 minutes walk away. AccommodationWe have 4 spacious en-suite sea / pool facing bedrooms each with airconditioning, communal satellite, bar fridge, DVD players, private patio and hospitality tray. Greek Suite The Greek Suite is considered by most to be the best suite in the house. Wake up relaxed and well rested in this Mediterranean inspired comfortable room, and then stroll out onto your patio to watch the sun rise over the Indian Ocean while you sip on a cup of fresh filter coffee. This suite has two ensuite bathrooms allowing you quiet time and privacy to enjoy your bath while your partner takes a separate shower. To relax in the evenings, you can enjoy DVDs or communal satellite in bed and the convenience of your own fully stocked bar fridge. French Suite The French Suite offers you the warmth of Provence with good South African hospitality. Escape to serene calmness in this pool facing suite with hints of the blue Indian Ocean horizon peaking through the palm trees. The large patio is inviting and the full bathroom allows you space to relax in a candlelit bubble bath. The French Suite is the perfect place to enjoy quiet time together watching DVDs with complimentary hot chocolate or catch up on some reading outside listening to the Chakas Rock waves before you take a dip in the Sundance pool a few steps away. Family Suite Vibrant and colourful with loads of space and privacy, the Family Suite is great for parents with children. It is otherwise suitable for couples travelling in groups or business people who want their own single room and don't mind sharing a bathroom. The Family Suite is full of energy and African Moroccan inspired style; perfect for those looking to get away to a beach holiday on the Dolphin Coast. You also have your own large private patio area for evening braais. There are family orientated DVDs for the kids (otherwise bring your own). Or, if you feel like relaxing there is plenty of space by the Sundance poolside. Come up stairs in the morning for the full English breakfast treatment on the sundeck then head down to Salt Rock Beach (lifeguarded) with bucket and spade a 5 minute walk away. |

DIRECTIONS: From Durban Coming from Durban on the N2 North, take the Shaka's Rock (212) off-ramp (next one after Ballito). Turn right over the bridge into Shaka's Rock Road. If coming from Richard's Bay (N2 south) turn left off the Shaka's Rock off ramp (next one after Salt Rock). Travel 3km to the Ocean Drive T-junction facing the sea with Remax Estate Agents on the left). Turn left into Ocean Drive. Travel 700m and turn left at stop street into Dolphin Crescent.
