From the double garage, which provides secure parking for guests, a door leads to a staircase taking you up to a landing next to the lounge. This luxurious San Lameer Villa can also be accessed via a flight of stairs on the side of the villa. Luxury AccommodationSan Lameer Villa 14016 sleeps 8 guests. The villa has all round air-conditioning (heating and cooling), in all the bedrooms, the lounge and dining area. There are four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, with the third bathroom catering for day guests and the remaining two bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have queen-size beds while the fourth one has two single beds. Villa AmenitiesThe lounge, dining room and kitchen have an open plan design, which provide a good sense of space. Large double sliding doors and windows around the lounge and dining areas provide splendid views of the villa surroundings and the sea. In the lounge is a recliner leather lounge suite, two arm-chairs, a TV set, DSTV decoder and a Sony Home Theatre System which also pipes music to the covered patio outside. On the sea view side, two double sliding doors from the lounge and dining areas lead to a large open balcony, and a spacious covered patio, respectively. The covered patio has an octangular table with ten chairs, and houses a gas braai. The setting, with piped music and sea views, could not be better for a braai and relaxation. Folding doors open the patio onto a large balcony, with sunloungers for relaxation while enjoying the sea breeze. To the 'back' of the villa, two double sliding doors lead to a tiled courtyard with a well maintained plunge pool. Self Catering FacilitiesThe villa is self-catering, with a fully equipped kitchen, with a built-in microwave, a stove and oven, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cutlery and crockery. A large sliding window provides scenic views of the estate and the sea from the kitchen, and act as a serving counter for the covered patio. Facilities & ServicesA laundrette with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a bathroom for the maid, are attached to the back of the villa. Linen, towels and toiletries are provided. Laundry and housekeeping services are available. SAN LAMEER GOLF ESTATEThe villa is located within the San Lameer Golf Estate, which is nestled on the South Coast of South Africa's Kwazulu Natal Province. The Estate offers: A lovely white beach, protected by shark nets, with life guards on duty, and a tidal pool for children. DIRECTIONS: From Durban International Airport From Durban International Airport take the N2 highway south until you get to a Toll-Gate in Port Shepstone. At the Toll-Gate, proceed straight south along the R61 road for about 30km, passing Shelly Beach, Margate, Ramsgate, Southbroom and Manaba Beach turn-offs.
