The beach is a mere 400 paces from the complex until your toe touches the sand. Uvongo is centrally situated between the vibrant town of Margate (4 km away) with dozens of restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife for those who want to party the night away and Shelley Beach (3 km away) with just as many coffee shops, restaurants, large retail shops which includes the likes of Woolworths, Edgars, Game, Truworths and 6 movie Theatres. La Crete sands is also conveniently located within walking distance of a Spar, many restaurants, a coffee shop, video outlet, bottle store, post office, pharmacy, doctors rooms and an action bar. AccommodationThis luxurious and very modern self-catering holiday apartment is tastefully furnished and sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms, main-en-suite. The sea facing main bedroom has it’s own satellite TV, wall safe and leads through sliding doors to your own private balcony where you can watch the sun rise. This unit has a large open plan kitchen, dining room and sea facing lounge with its own satellite TV. The lounge also opens onto the balcony with sliding doors where you have your own braai facility and enjoy a sundowner as dolphins dance through the waves and the whales gracefully making there appearance known. The kitchen is very modern with granite tops and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and stove, Speedqueen toploader washing machine and tumble dryer. Facilities & ServiceEach room has a ceiling fan and there are 2 lockup garages, as well as parking for your trailers in a secure walled complex with your own remote access and 24 hour security guards patrolling the complex for your safety and peace of mind. The pool is walled and therefore safe for your children to freely roam the complex. Full DSTV package includes smartcard & decoder, 2 colour TV’S, bed linen, pillows, blankets and duvets. The apartment will be serviced daily from Mondays to Fridays. DIRECTIONS: Follow the N2 Toll road towards the South Coast. Pass through the Oribi Plaza Toll gate. Go off the first turnoff thereafter - being Shelly Beach / Izotsha Turnoff at the end of the ramp, turn left and follow the road until you reach a T-Junction. At that robot you turn right into Marine Drive. You will then be driving through Shelley Beach, St Michaels and carry on until you reach Uvongo. At the robot (Spar will be on the right) you then turn left into Colin street. Carry on with Colin until you reach a Stop street. Turn right into Beach road and La Crete Sands Will be on your left.
