DESCRIPTION:

Greengates Cottage is in a superb position, close to everything, but with a peaceful, secluded feel. Set in a fairytale garden with lovely sea views, this quaint private cottage is 100m from the sea and 100m from the village centre. A 10 minute stroll along the sea front brings you to the beach and lagoon.

The cottage has an excellent layout for two couples, and it's large covered patio and half acre garden provide the perfect setting for a memorable holiday. Wonderful for children.

ACCOMMODATION


The cottage is fully equipped for 4 adults and 2 children, including linen, a colour TV with DSTV (22 channels), a DVD, full kitchen with microwave and a large fridge-freezer combination, and a portable braai on the large covered patio. A lock up garage for one car and single covered carport is provided.

The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms both with double beds, and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite, a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area, and a large covered patio provided with patio furniture.

A single bed and extra mattress are provided if needed. A secluded granny flat "Fishermans Cottage" in the large grounds is let separately, and fenced off for your privacy. A full security system and safe is provided for the security of both your and our belongings.

For your comfort, Greengates is serviced daily, (excl. Sundays) which is included in the price quoted. Personal laundry is not included. Our maids sometimes do personal laundry for guests in their free time. If you require this service, please discuss fees with the ladies.

Items you should remember to take to make your stay more comfortable include: Towels, toilet rolls, mosquito pads in summer, charcoal, and of course food.

DIRECTIONS:

Take the N-2 South Coast Highway from Durban, past Durban International Airport and travel ± 170 km to Port Edward. Turn left towards the sea at the Port Edward robot. Follow the road going downhill ±1.5km until you reach "The Webb" Pizza Place, on your left. The Post Office will be on your right. (The Spar Supermarket is about 50m further down the road on the left.) Turn right into Harrow Road as you reach "The Webb". Greengates is Lot 191 Harrow Road, and is the second entrance you can drive into on your left. Look for the green sliding gate. (Look for Bill's Best sign).

Prudence, our housekeeper, is on site and will be expecting you.
