It is only 10 minutes drive from the Central Business District and Durban beaches and is within easy access of all major highways and 20 minutes drive from Durban International Airport. AccommodationBed & Breakfast Rooms All modernly decorated rooms have en-suite bathrooms with bath and / or shower. Each room opens onto a private balcony or patio area. All rooms are individually air-conditioned, a “must-have” in humid Durban. Each room has a TV with DSTV satellite decoder providing selected channels. A desk, study chair, telephone and study lamp is provided for work purposes. Each room is equipped with a mini fridge, key-locked safe and hair-dryer. Self Catering Unit The two self-catering units are fully equipped and can sleep a maximum of two persons per unit. Each unit has a kitchenette with cooking and washing-up facilities, fridge, microwave and extensive cooking utensils. Crockery and cutlery for is provided. FACILITIESSpread over two adjacent properties with two large pools and pleasant landscaped gardens, guests have ample space to relax and unwind. A variety of comfortable pool lounges, deck chairs and easy chairs are scattered throughout the gardens and on each of the patios and balconies. The guest lounge is spacious and can be used for business meetings or simply to relax and read a book. An extensive collection of books, magazines and other reading material is available. Secure off-street parking is available. Guests are assured of a safe and secure stay in a street that has a 24 hour on-site watchman. This is a non-smoking establishment, with smoking permitted in the garden and on the patios and balconies. The owners like to advise guests that they have 3 small dogs. Regrettably, due to the fact that the pools are unsecured, only children over 12 years can be accommodated. BREAKFASTA full English breakfast or self-service Continental breakfast can be enjoyed in the guest dining room. Each breakfast is cooked to order with the freshest ingredients. DIRECTIONS: From N3 Highway Take Exit 3 (signposted Berea Road, Ridge Road) off the N3. There are traffic lights at this exit on the Tollgate Bridge. Turn right over Tollgate Bridge, into South Ridge Road. Continue along South Ridge Road, cross over the next set of traffic lights (South Ridge/Clark Road intersection). Continue along South Ridge Road for +/- 1km to Entabeni Hospital on your right hand side. Just after passing Entabeni Hospital, at the bottom of the steep dip turn sharp left into Maze Road. Continue for +/- 50 metres, turn right into Woodlands Road (Note: this is a one way road). Number 10 is on the left hand side with large white wall. From Durban International Airport via M4 (aka Southern Freeway) Take EXIT 2 (signposted Berea, Pietermaritzburg), +/- 15km from the airport. This EXIT 2 takes you into Moore Road. Continue up Moore Road for +/- 2km until the Chelmsford/Moore Road intersection. Turn left into Chelmsford Road. Next intersection is Chelmsford/Clark Road. Cross over Clark Road. Continue past St. Augustines Hospital (on your left). Take first turn right after the hospital into Maze Road. Continue up MAZE ROAD for +/- 50 metres. Turn left into Woodlands Road.
