Sbandieratori del Palio di Asti: Daily at midday, the famous Flag Throwers from Asti in Piedmont will delight you with their extraordinary skills, performing in their Renaissance costumes to the tune of a Medieval musical band.

Live Chess Game: A human scale, live Chess game performed by Crawford Schools will be enacted daily. The Immortal Game, one of the best Chess games ever documented took place between two great players at the Simpson's-in-the-Strand Divan in London. The town of Marostica, near Vicenza, has re-enacted it with live players dressed as Chess pieces every year since 1923.

Fashion shows: The Bridge Ethical Fashion Foundation, in association with the Ladies of Limpopo, present the couture of designer Angela Corsani from Florence. Corsani is working with South African women from communities in Limpopo, incorporating their fine hand-embroidery work into her modern clothing designs. The creations of some of the most prominent Italian South African designers will also be on show. Daily fashion shows will be held on the Piazza. The VIP fashion lounge is hosted by CMC Ravenna.

Craftsmen from Italy: Master craftsman Eugenio Taccini will demonstrate the ancient art of ceramics in Florentine style. View his skills as he turns ordinary tiles into works of art! Master silversmith Luca Casari from Beretta will be demonstrating the fine art of engraving on gun stocks as seen in collectors pieces. Interior decorator Tommaso De Carlo will show and explain unique techniques used in wall painting and other Italian style applications.
