Deutsche Internationale Schule Johannesburg Schulbasar in Parktown

The Annual Deutsche Internationale Schule Johannesburg Schulbasar, hosted by the school in Partown, kicks off on Saturday 26 May 2012. Come and join us in celebrating the 105th Schulbasar in the school's history.

The opening ceremony at 10h00 launches the annual festival where parents and children can enjoy stilt walkers, clowns, balloon sculptors, jumping castles, a giant slide, pony rides, go-karts, Playstation and even Guitar Hero for the older children.

Adults can explore the wide range of imported beers at the festival such as Alphüttli, delve into the world of the Austrian Wine Yard, Swiss Raclette, Schnitzel, Bratwurst and of course tuck into some homegrown greatness at the African Food stall.

Tickets are limited and advance ticket sales can be purchased at the Reception of the Deutsche Internationale Schule in Johannesburg for R80 and R60 for pensioners.

Ticket sales on the day at the gate are R100.
For children under 12, entrance is free.
