So, make sure that you diarise Sunday, 4 December because you will not want to miss the night when Claire Johnston and Mango Groove, with everyone’s favourite conductor, Richard Cock, tenor Nicolas Nicolaidis, the Joburg Festival Orchestra, Mzansi Youth Choir and the Symphony Choir of Johannesburg, bring Nelson Mandela Square alive with their rousing performances of all the much-loved seasonal tunes! Be there early, because Christmas Carols on the Square this year is bound to be the definitive holiday season event. The festive season lights, the magnificent giant African baobab Christmas tree, late night shopping and wonderful meals with family and friends in the magnificent restaurants around the Square will ensure that everyone shares in the rainbow spirit of the festive season.
