The welcoming at the cottage, the privacy, the tranquil surroundings, the outside facilities and the bird life. Very good stay and will be coming back again

We had a nice welcome by very helpfull hosts (Gail and Al). The cottage is very private and the animals were walking around in the morning and evening. There were some nice hiking trails on the farm, also to the top of the mountains nearby.

An excellent cottage in interesting surroundings hosted by knowledgeable and friendly people. Highly recommended for a relaxing break.

In November 2014, my wife and I stayed at the self-catering Igababa Cabin. It is private with everything you want for a comfortable stay. From Igababa, there are several trails for walking or hiking to the the top of the cliffs facing the cabin. There is a private driveway entrance to the cabin from the road and it is completely quiet and self-contained. Over several years, we have stayed at many self-catering cottages in South Africa and this one is clearly the best we have used.

We have stayed on this farm on two occasions. It is unlikely that you will find any other self catering accommodation that has everything and then far more than you can ever imagine you might need. The decor is lovely, the view beautiful, the attention to detail is 10 star. Privacy is paramount. It is obviously run by people passionate to supply perfect accommodation. The camp sites are superior to any I have ever been to- we have camped all over SA and other neighboring countries. The cottage we stayed in was already 10/10 star. We have not stayed in their top of the range accommodation as it is booked months in advance by people on honeymoon. We have seen it and it is unbelievably special. A place we will certainly enjoy hopefully on our next visit.
