What a sheat place!! Staff is horrible customer service horrible!! Please be aware when you book with YEBO!!!

In advertisement it states tents are Air conditioned and luxurious. When we arrived we were taken to the tents that was plastic tents no a/c and when I brought it under the man’s attention that this is not what was advertised he just replied not my problem and to call customer service. I called customer service and was told that I should take pictures and send it to them? Also the neighbouring tent advised us that your belongings are not save when you go out as he caught on of the staff members in his tent the previous day. We only spent the night of the 27/12 as we couldn’t stay in such conditions. So I think on nights stay should be refunded
