How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
• If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
• If cancelled or modified later than 14 days, 100% of the first night will be charged
• In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged
