Located in the beautiful, tranquil surroundings of Dullstroom, Willow House @ The Outpost offers warm and welcoming self-catering accommodation on the guest farm. Situated just 15km outside of Dullstroom town on a well-maintained gravel round which is accessible for any sedan car.

Self Catering Accommodation

Willow House has four bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, the second with a double bed and the other two rooms each have two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower and basin only.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, and kettle. Other facilities include a dining area, a TV with limited satellite channels, a pool table, indoor braai facilities and a fireplace.

Pets

Pets are welcome at a fee of R200 per dog. Basic Requirements for pets: Must not be aggressive. Must be clean. Must not have fleas. Must have proof of current vaccinations. Must use designated areas and owners must clean pet waste immediately. Pet owners agree they will be financially responsible for any damage caused by the pet and any expenses incurred by the lodge for pet disturbances.

What happens when your pet gets dirty? When this happens, please remove the pet from the rooms. Please do not bathe your pet in the lodge bathtub. Please make sure to clean dirt or sand from your pet's paws before letting it enter the room. We understand how important your pet is to you but unfortunately, we do not allow any pets on the furniture or beds. Your pet is welcome to relax next to you or elsewhere. Please note we do have horses and game on the farm kindly keep your dogs with you at all times.

Attractions and Activities

Two large dams with jetties are perfect to enjoying an early morning stroll or sunset walk to while looking out for bird life and game such as blesbok, eland, springbok and ostriches. There is a large variety of bird life including fish eagle breeding nests, one may even be fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of the critically endangered Wattled Crane and the White-winged Flufftail.
