The main bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and includes a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A queen-size bed is found in the second bedroom, which also boasts its own en-suite with a shower. The third bedroom is similarly furnished with a queen-size bed and makes use of a separate bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower.

The open-plan living area is light-filled and thoughtfully laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, a full range of crockery and cutlery, and a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area with a large table, perfect for enjoying shared meals. The lounge offers a cosy place to unwind, complete with plush seating and a fireplace ideal for socialising or enjoying a quiet evening with board games. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Large stacking doors open out to a covered patio that is ideal for entertaining. This area includes an outdoor dining table, a comfortable lounging nook, and a built-in braai, providing an excellent setting for enjoying evening drinks beside a crackling fire.

The patio flows onto a sparkling swimming pool, an ideal way to cool off during warm summer days. The home is powered by solar energy with battery backup, ensuring a seamless experience with no disruption during load shedding.
