Waterside Holiday House has five bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are furnished with a Queen-size bed and a TV with satellite channels. The third bedroom is furnished with a two bunk beds. The main en-suite is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is also a guest toilet. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, a TV with satellite channels and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. A door opens onto garden facing patio. the fifth bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Fully equipped for self-catering purposes with all the mod cons including an electric oven / stove top, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer and ice maker. Glass stack windows open out to braai area with bar counter top. Separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The spacious lounge has ample couches and a TV with satellite channels. Doors open onto the lagoon facing deck. The dining room leads off the lounge and has a large 12-seater dining table. Doors open onto the deck. The lagoon facing deck has an 8-seater dining table and two umbrellas. There is an additional garden facing deck with a 10-seater table and umbrellas, built in braai, portable braai and mini bar fridge. The garden is well landscaped. Uncapped Wi-Fi is provided as well as an inverter for loadshedding, an alarm system with armed response, ample parking and direct access to Touw River and boardwalk.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
