163 Waterkant Street is a self catering holiday cottage in De Waterkant. Traditional pavement steps lead you to the sunshine-yellow front door and raised red terrace. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the en-suite bathroom ha a spacious shower, toilet and basin. The open plan living area and kitchen face Waterkant Street, with plenty of light from the front sash windows. The fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, concrete work tops, white bricks and yellow ceiling, has seating for two. An olive feature wall wraps around the living room and along the corridor that connects to the bedroom with aubergine, grey and white colour scheme, ceiling fan and overlooks the private courtyard. There is a TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi is provided. The same corridor opens onto a blue study area with french windows to the brick paved courtyard with outdoor shower, seating and colourful wall art. Braai facilities are available.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

A booking form will be sent and must be completed in full for us to then send 3DSecure payment link for the breakage deposit.

An admin fee of R400 applies if you do cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival and this will be deducted from the deposit paid.

Late check-in fees apply if the check-in is outside of normal reception hours.

The refundable property security deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival by the main guest staying.

Please note the establishment requires the ID's of all guests to be provided prior to the check-in date.

The refundable breakage deposit is paid back within 7 working days after the check-out date.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome. Children do need to be supervised at all times. Properties with balconies, roof decks, pools and hot tubs are not child friendly.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
