L'Ideaal Waterfront Kothuis accommodates 2 guests in a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin, while bath towels and a hairdryer are provided. A cot can be arranged on request for guests travelling with an infant.

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen designed for convenient self-catering, with a stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The adjoining living area features comfortable seating, a television with streaming services, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a dining table. For added comfort, the apartment is equipped with a fan, heater, and ironing facilities.

Two balconies provide inviting outdoor spaces from which to enjoy the coastal setting. One balcony offers direct access to the beachfront, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the sand, sea air, and spectacular ocean views. Guests also have access to a private patio area, providing an additional space for relaxing outdoors.
