Waterfront 8 holiday apartment is located on the second floor and has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King-size bed that can be converted to two single beds and has sliding doors opening onto the balcony. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a sleeper couch. The bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and washbasin. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a breakfast bar with stools. In the dining area there is a four seater dining table and benches. The lounge has air-conditioning and has a TV with DStv and free Wi-Fi. This area opens onto the spacious sheltered balcony with outdoor dining furniture and beautiful sea views. The complex has a communal swimming pool, braai facilities, large lawns and direct beach access. Secure parking is available.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
