Inside furniture is not to be taken outside (outside furniture is available).
No loud music.
Respect nature and no littering.
We pride ourselves on our white linens. Negligent stains will be billed.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
