Villa View - Kleinbaai
There are five bedrooms, all of which are individually named. ‘De Kelders’ is on the ground floor and is furnished with a Queen-size bed. This room has its own bathroom. ‘Walker Bay’ is the main room and is located on the middle floor. This room is furnished with a King-size bed and has a spacious full bathroom. Also on the middle floor, ‘Boulders’ has two single beds and shares a bathroom with ‘Table View’. ‘Peninsula’ is on the top floor of the house; it has a bathroom and is furnished with a Queen-size bed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and cooking utensils. There is also a dishwasher. There is table tennis in the entertainment area and kids can enjoy the nearby tidal pool.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations for the peak seasons may not be made less than 90 days (3 months) prior to arrival date, and less than 30 days (2 months) prior to arrival date for off-peak periods.
A cancellation fee equal to 20% deposit will be charged.
If we can secure another booking for the same dates, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded to the guest less any nights that weren't booked by another party.
