How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
• Cancellation fee of 50% per booking will be levied on all cancellations made within 1 week prior to arrival date
• Cancellation fee of 100% per booking for “no-show” guests not turning up
• Normal cancellations made more than 1 week before arrival will not be charged
• Management retains the right to judge all cancellations in lieu of the particular circumstances at their discretion
