The home features four comfortable bedrooms designed to accommodate families and groups with ease. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet.
The second bedroom contains two single beds and is served by a guest bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, basin, and separate toilet.
The third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and connects to a fourth bedroom that offers two single beds. These adjoining rooms share an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Fresh linen and towels are provided for guests' convenience.
The air-conditioned kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and includes a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, cutlery, crockery, and tea and coffee-making facilities. A central breakfast island with seating creates a welcoming gathering space, while a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer add extra convenience. The kitchen flows effortlessly into the open-plan dining and living areas.
The dining area features seating for eight guests, while the lounge offers comfortable couches and a television with a full selection of DStv channels. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and a dedicated work desk provides a practical space for those needing to attend to business during their stay.
Leading from the living area is a spacious balcony equipped with braai facilities and outdoor seating, creating the perfect setting for relaxed alfresco dining. Guests can enjoy beautiful sea views from the property, while an entertainment room complete with a bar area provides additional space for socialising.
A jacuzzi offers the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring the South Coast. For added peace of mind, the house is fitted with a battery backup system for short-term power outages and a water storage tank.

The maximum occupancy for the villa must always be adhered to. A penalty of R1000 per person will be imposed if this rule is not followed.
The speed limit at the estate is 25 km/h; please always keep within the limit.
For security reasons, there are strictly NO VISITORS allowed at the villas. A penalty of R1000 will be imposed if this rule is not followed, and security will reserve the right to evict guests from the villa.

MUSIC may be played at a reasonable level but must be stopped by 9 pm at the latest.
Please be considerate of the surrounding residents on the estate and try to keep the noise levels to a minimum. Security is instructed to monitor this, and penalties will be charged for non-compliance.
Check-out is strictly before 10H00. Kindly close the doors and windows before departure. Also see that all the light switches have been turned off.
A penalty of R500 per hour will be charged for late check-out and will be deducted from your breakage deposit.

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
