From Johannesburg
Should you be driving from Johannesburg towards Durban on the N3 south, you pass the towns of Mooi River and Howick, as well as the Midmar Dam wall on your right. The Cedara turnoff is the last before the Hilton turnoff – take the Hilton turnoff. At the stop sign turn to your right towards Hilton Village.
From Durban
Should you be driving from Durban on the N3 north, you pass Pietermaritzburg and start climbing the escarpment. At the top you find the turnoff to Hilton, which you take up to the stop sign. At the stop sign you turn left towards Hilton Village.
In Hilton
Pass the Hilton Hotel and carry on passing through the first and second sets of traffic lights / robots. After passing through the second robot, turn left at the first turnoff (i.e. Berry Hill Ave.), carry on and turn right at the first right turnoff (I.E Walters Road). Villa Santuario is at No. 3A Walters Road.
