There is a kitchenette with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The unit is per friendly by arrangement. Outside there is a sitting area and a braai in the shared garden.

The House

The House

Village Studio house has three bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, one is furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A large family bathroom is fitted with bath and shower over bath, toilet and basin. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the necessary crockery and cutlery. A dining room and lounge with flat screen TV and DStv (guesthouse package) complete the picture. Guests can make use of the covered veranda with braai as well as the shared fenced garden.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation 30 days or more prior arrival: 10% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation 14 to 30 days prior arrival: 50% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior arrival: 75% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior arrival, or on arrival date: 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged. No refund will be granted.
