Village Square 10 is a self catering holiday apartment with one bedroom. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the open plan bathroom has a shower, bath and a separate toilet. There is also a small safe for valuables in the room. Linen, bath towels and one beach towel provided per guest. The open plan living area contains a well equipped kitchen with an oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. A centre island provides seating for two on stools. There is a separate scullery. The living area has a dining table and chairs as well as comfortable lounge furniture, fireplace and TV with Dstv app (own login details required). This area opens into a glass paneled balcony with views.The apartment offers free uncapped Wi-Fi and an alarm system. Off street parking is available. Firewood is supplied for the fireplace.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Mandatory housekeeper included every Wednesday for bookings 5+ nights, excluding public holidays. This apartment is ONLY available over high season as a 4 sleeper option.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 40% of the booking total.
If cancelling 61 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the booking total.
