The master bedroom is located upstairs and opens onto the main deck area, while the three downstairs bedrooms lead out to a patio walkway. For cooler evenings, the villa is equipped with a cosy wood-burning fireplace, and guests can enjoy sundowners around the firepit.

The villa offers a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi fibre, security cameras, a smart TV with Netflix and DSTV stream app (guests log into their own DSTV account), a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances. Guests will also find a solar-powered inverter, an outdoor shower, and pool loungers for ultimate convenience.

Upstairs, the lounge area features two comfortable couches, a wood-burning fireplace, and breathtaking views of Robberg, the mountains, and the bay. This area leads onto the entertainment patio, which includes a pool and built-in braai. The dining area, with a six-seater table, also connects to the back entertainment area, which features a fire pit.

The modern kitchen boasts high-end appliances such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, sandwich press, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, Miele oven, and induction stovetop, along with a scullery housing a Miele dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and washing line.

The master bedroom, located upstairs, features a king-size bed (which can be converted into two single beds on request) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, and toilet. This room also offers stunning views and a private patio connecting to the main entertainment area.

Downstairs, the three additional bedrooms each have a king-size bed (convertible to singles upon request), en-suite bathrooms, and access to patios or walkways leading to the entrance and back deck. One of the bedrooms has two single beds that can be made into a king-size bed on request.

The villa also offers outdoor features including a garden, pool (without a safety net), double garage, and ample parking space along the long driveway.

For guests' enjoyment, the outdoor spaces include two patios—one facing Robberg and the sea with a built-in braai, a six-seater table, pool, and built-in bench seating, and the other with a fire pit, Weber gas braai, four-seater dining table, and additional built-in bench seating.

Please note, however, that the property is not suitable for toddlers and young children due to the unprotected swimming pool, open deck, and stairs without balustrades. Children over the age of six are welcome.
