Villa Balmoral 14 has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The bedrooms are spacious, providing extra comfort. The first four bedrooms have a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The main en-suite also has a bath. The fifth bedroom has a Double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are an additional two bathrooms with showers. The fully equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living area has a fireplace, TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. There are two dining areas. Sliding doors lead onto the deck where there is a swimming pool and braai facilities. Secure parking is available.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged. Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date: 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
