Villa 2516 San Lameer can comfortably accommodate two guests and comprises of a bedroom area, a bathroom, small kitchen area and a living area. The bed is a queen size and the bathroom contains a bath, with a built-in shower. The kitchen has all the necessities for self-catering and includes a microwave, fridge, mini stove / oven, kettle and a filter coffee machine. The comfortable lounge area features a LED TV with the full DStv Premier Package. The villa opens out onto a patio with outdoor dining furniture and Weber braai facilities. LED TV with DVD player and full premier DStv, Braaing facilities, Patio, Under cover parking, Hairdryer. Linen and bath towels provided.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Gate fee per vehicle from R60 to R200: 2night stay is R60, 3 nights stay is R90, 4 to 7 nights are R100 and 8 days and longer at R200.

The unit is serviced in seasonal periods, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Off Peak it will only be Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
