Damage to property, including furniture or bedding, due to smoking, will be charged to the guest.
To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise to a minimum, during quiet hours (22h00 to 07h00).
Disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Parties are not permitted.
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages to Viewpoint Estate property.
Damages must be reported within 5 hours of arrival and paid for by the guest responsible.
Pets are not allowed in guesthouse areas but are welcome in the self-catering units.
Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture, and not left unattended.
Owners are responsible for damages caused by pets.
Pets must be leashed and socialised to avoid conflicts.
Given our countryside location, owners should ensure pets are protected against ticks and parasites.
Free on-site parking is available for all guests.
Parking is at the owner’s risk; Viewpoint Estate is not liable for vehicle or property loss/damage.
Pool hours: 07h30 to 19h30.
Exclusively for Viewpoint Estate guests; outside visitors are not permitted.
Alcohol is not allowed in the pool area.
Swimming towels are available at reception; bath towels are not permitted.
Please hang wet towels on the washing lines next to your cabin, not on wooden rails.
Guests may bring their alcohol to the self-catering units.
Alcohol can be consumed in guesthouse rooms; in other areas, it must be purchased from our bar, or a corkage fee will apply.
Lost or forgotten items are held for 30 days. Unclaimed items are disposed of after this period.
Viewpoint Estate is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during your stay.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
