The apartment is ideally situated for watching the whales 100 meters away in the bay, as it faces the viewpoint on the cliff path and the new harbour. The apartment is spacious and is decorated with artwork by South African Artists. View at 18 is a self catering holiday apartment that has 3 bedrooms, ideal for a couple or a small family. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. These two rooms share a bathroom. There is a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen. View at 18 has under tile / floor heating, a fan and washing and ironing facilities. There is an enclosed balcony with sliding windows, patio furniture and lovely views. Free private garage parking is provided.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
