Firstly the staff were wonderful. Michael went out of his way to accommodate us. The restaurant was closed on one of the nights we were there but he happily opened up for us and cooked a delicious meal. The grounds are beautiful. The hotel needs a spruce up. We had no hot water. Lumpy pillows. The only thing that made our stay memorable was Micheal and the staff. Thank you Micheal and staff.

Service was good and the staff knew their job. I will definitely use the establishment again and also refer a friend.

Hi All After nearly 1 year of getting married at your venue (31 Dec 2013 at midnight) it was with warm and happy feelings that we visited for celebrating Hartmut's birthday lunch at your venue again. we enjoyed the lunch and fond memories. What a wonderful few days spent in the company of Valverde, it's staff and owners. Thank you for the warm sheets, sweets on my pillow, and for taking care of me when I was under the weather. I don't think any other place would bother to do something for their guest, like you did, when they are feeling ill...heck, I doubt other places would even bother to notice when a guest is unwell! PS: Love the gardens! Oh, and the food! ;-D

We finally arrived back in London after a wonderful honeymoon. I just wanted to email you to thank you for all your help with the wedding. Your venue was perfect and the food really delicious.
