People often speak about Mogwase as near Sun City. It is the easiest popular landmark from which to get your bearings. However, it is actually closer to the truth to say that Mogwase lies near the Pilanesberg National Park. To make it even more confusing, there is another town called Mogwasi that does lie close to Sun City. Certainly closer than Mogwase, which is further north, just east of ... cont.
When coming from JHB follow the Pretoria, Polokwane highway, take the Rustenburg exit, then the Sun City Exit.
Opt 1. Carrying on straight until you reach an exit to the right that indicates Mogwase. Follow the road until the first 4-way stop, turn left and follow the road up to the top of the hill. You will find Valley View Guest House on your left.
Opt 2. At the 4-way intersection Rustenburg, Northam, Sun City, JHB/PTA, take the right exit to Northam. Follow the road until you see the Mogwase/ Pilansburg exit +- 22km, take this exit. You will come to a series of 4-way stops at the third 4-way stop turn right and follow the road up to the top of the hill. You will find Valley View Guest House on your left.
