Umzumbe White House is a spacious and comfortable self-catering beach house offering holiday accommodation in Umzumbe close to the main beach which is only 200m away. Or swim in the outdoor pool. The impressive front deck has a magnificent view of the ocean to watch the whales and dolphins and experience the spectacular sunrises.

Self Catering Accommodation

Umzumbe White House Holiday Home in Umzumbe has two levels. The top level has a spacious open plan living and dining area, lounge with a TV and a separate fully equipped kitchen. There is a TV in the lounge with DStv.

Also on the top level are three en-suite bedrooms, all furnished with Queen-size beds. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. On the lower level is an additional bedroom with two single beds and the kids room / play room has two double bunks. The play room has a smart TV.

These rooms share a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Bath towels are supplied, as well as body wash, shampoo and hand soap. A hairdryer is supplied in the main bedroom. A safe, to lock up any valuables, is supplied in the main bedroom.

Outside, at the back of the property is a swimming pool plus a spacious veranda.

The front deck has spectacular sea views and is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There are various forms of entertainment available: Table tennis, a pool table, dart board and board games. Free Wi-Fi is supplied.

The house is cleaned every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The Area

Umzumbe is a quaint little village situated on the Hibiscus Coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. This beautiful seaside resort offers a blue flag beach, which is kept clean and safe. There are lifeguards on duty, all year round, and a large tidal pool for the kids to play. The beach is peaceful and unspoiled. Umzumbe is approximately 100km south of Durban.

Umzumbe is well known for its surf lessons and great fishing. If you would like to go out to sea, there are boating companies nearby that will be happy to take you. Also popular in the area are mountain biking, hiking, whale watching, snorkeling, scuba diving and golf. For the thrill seekers, Oribi Gorge offers a variety of adrenaline pumping activities.
