The main suite is fitted with a king-size bed and has a private en-suite bathroom that includes both a bath and a shower.; ; The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed, while the third offers a child-friendly single bed. The fourth bedroom also features a king-size bed, and the fifth is equipped with a double bed. The remaining bathrooms each include a shower.; ; The bright open-plan living area has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and functional space. A stylish kitchen, complete with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, and all essential cutlery and crockery, makes self-catering both simple and enjoyable. A central island with stools adds a sociable touch, while a dining table offers ample seating for shared meals. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a television, and guests also benefit from complimentary Wi-Fi.; ; Large stacking doors open onto a partially covered wooden deck, where an outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and a relaxed seating corner provide the perfect space for enjoying the fresh air. Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

A refundable breakage deposit is required and may be paid in cash on arrival or via transfer before check-in. This deposit will be refunded after departure, provided no damages are found and the property is left in good order. Guests are kindly requested to look after the property with care and leave it in the same condition as it was found.
Smoking is not permitted indoors, and guests are asked to respect quiet hours after 22:00.
The maximum number of occupants allowed is limited to the number of guests booked.
No pets are permitted.
Parties, weddings, or similar events are not allowed.
On arrival, guests are required to present identification documents or passports, as well as sign an indemnity form. Where a credit card has been used for payment, the cardholder must be present at check-in and provide both the credit card and proof of identification.
Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or reversal of funds.
