Staff were very friendly. We stayed in the self catering apartment. Suitable for stay, however the kitchen below standard. No utensils for braai, no braai dish, no salad bowls. The mugs and glasses were not enough for 6 people and were mismatched or chipped. No spoons to dish up. Plates were mismatched as well. There was also no toaster or pots and pans to make breakfast or supper. Knives and forkes could be of a better quality. Would recommend that the kitchen to be upgraded to a better level.

Newly built with modern fittings and the staff are very professional and friendly. Would recommend the lodge to anyone looking for accommodation in Jeffreys Bay.
