How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Guests can cancel free of charge 14 days or longer before arrival.
Any cancellations less than 14 days before arrival , we would require 50% of the accommodation cost.
Should guests cancel one or two days before arrival, we will charge the full amount for the accommodation.
