Thunzi Links House combines classic architectural charm with relaxed contemporary living. White gabled walls, bright interiors and a beautifully maintained garden create an inviting setting for a coastal escape. Guests can enjoy sunny afternoons beside the private, fenced swimming pool, share leisurely meals around the dining table or unwind in the spacious lounges.

The main house features four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Two of the bedrooms also have sleeper couches, providing additional sleeping arrangements for families and groups.

Separate from the main house, the garage has been converted into additional guest accommodation, featuring two bunk beds that sleep four guests. This space has its own bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet, making it particularly suitable for children, teenagers or extended family members travelling together.

With a total capacity of up to 16 guests, Thunzi Links House is well suited to larger families, groups of golfers and friends seeking a spacious holiday home in St Francis Bay.

The property offers a range of facilities designed to make self-catering stays convenient and enjoyable. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and starter pods, comfortable indoor living and dining areas, and a private, fenced swimming pool for relaxation and recreation.

All four bedrooms in the main house are fitted with air-conditioning, while an inverter system provides additional convenience during power interruptions. Quality bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are supplied for guests' use. A golf cart is also available to guests who hold a valid driver's licence, adding to the appeal of staying within the secure St Francis Links Golf Estate.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.

Conditions

Non-Peak Season Cancellations:
Cancellation fees are negotiable and will be considered at management's discretion, taking into account the notice period and circumstances of the cancellation.

December Peak-Season Cancellations:
More than 90 days before arrival: The accommodation payment will be refunded, less a R1,000 administration fee.
90 days or less before arrival: The full accommodation payment will be retained pending a replacement booking.

If a replacement booking is secured: A refund will be issued based on the amount recovered, less a R2,000 administration fee, capped at the original amount paid.

If no replacement booking is secured: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation cost will apply, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.

Any exceptions to these cancellation conditions will be considered solely at management's discretion.

Changes to Bookings & Guest Numbers:
All peak-season reservations are charged according to the originally agreed number of nights and guests.
Reducing the number of nights or guests after confirmation will not reduce the original agreed booking amount.
Additional guests must be approved by management in advance and are subject to availability and the property's maximum occupancy.
General Conditions:
All cancellations and amendments must be requested in writing.
All changes to bookings are guaranteed without written approval from management.
All terms are subject to applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
