The modern, multi-storey house comprises 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a king-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, and a toilet. Two of the bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, as well as a shower, and a bath en suite. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed which can be converted into twin beds on request, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The fifth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has a shower en suite. The main bedroom also has a cosy fireplace for cold winter days. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar and dining table. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer are also available for guests to use in the adjacent scullery. Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a Satellite TV, a music centre, and a gas fireplace. An indoor braai area with 2 wine fridges is also available for guests convenience. The living area opens onto a patio with glass sliding doors, an outdoor dining area, comfortable patio chairs, and swimming pool views. Guests can lounge next to the heated swimming pool, and enjoy the views of Schaapeneiland, Shark Bay, West Coast National Park, Church Haven, Kraalbaai, Postberg, and Meeu Eiland, and on sunny days, Table Mountain may also be visible.
