How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
The full deposit will be forfeited should the reservation be cancelled within 7 days or less prior to arrival. An admin fee of 10% will be charged on any refunds or held deposits. No shows, same day cancellations and early departures will be charged for in full. Should the reservation not be guaranteed or taken by 18h00 on the date of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to release the reservation.
