The Sandpebbles Stables is a self catering holiday home in Chelsea Conservancy sleeping four guests. The first room is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There is one bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The lounge has plenty of seating (including sleeper couches for 2 guests) and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything required for your self catering stay. Outside there is an undercover patio area with a built in braai. There is also a fenced garden which is a safe place for children to play. Secure parking is provided.

This establishment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests only. Parties, gatherings, or social events are strictly prohibited unless expressly arranged and approved in advance by the owner.
The Stables is not an event venue or casual meeting space and it’s sole purpose is to provide a peaceful, comfortable environment for guests seeking rest and relaxation.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund. Should any unregistered or unauthorised guests (beyond the approved maximum) be found to have stayed overnight, a penalty fee of R500 per person will be charged to the booking holder.
Guests are also required to observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM out of respect for others.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
